How To Choose The Working Speed Of 15 Ton Bridge Crane
An important index of 15 ton bridge cranes is the working speed. The fast full speed determines the efficiency of production lifting, so how to choose?
Especially when there are two main and auxiliary hoisting mechanisms, the speed of the main hoisting mechanism is usually significantly lower than that of the auxiliary hoisting mechanism. (20 ton main and auxiliary hoisting mechanism crane is also called 20 ton double hook bridge crane)
Using frequency conversion speed regulation can make the working speed can be adjusted arbitrarily at the same ratio of 1:10.
1. Lifting mechanism
The lifting mechanism is composed of a lifting motor, a reducer, a reel, a brake, a hook and so on. The hoisting motor is connected with the reducer through the coupling, the brake wheel, and the output shaft of the reducer is connected with the reel wrapped with the wire rope. The other end of the wire rope is equipped with a hook. When the drum rotates, the hook follows the wire rope. Winding or unwinding on the scroll to rise and fall. For cranes with a lifting capacity of 15t and above, there are two sets of lifting mechanisms, namely the main hook and the auxiliary hook.
2. Running speed
The speed at which the running mechanism runs at the rated speed of the drive motor, in m/min. The running speed of the trolley is generally 40~60m/min, and the running speed of the large car is generally 100~135m/min.
3. Speed up
The hoisting motor of the hoisting mechanism picks up the speed of the object at the rated speed, in m/min. Generally, the lifting speed does not exceed 30m/min, which is determined according to the nature, weight and lifting requirements of the goods.
